Core Areas of Practice
The firm is informally organized around two key areas of practice: estate planning and employee benefits. However, all attorneys in our firm are familiar with other areas of law and may spend significant amounts of time doing general tax law; contract drafting and review; property tax; corporate and other entity formation and compliance work; and employment law. We take a collaborative approach and match work with the member of the firm who is best suited to handle the assignment at the most reasonable cost.
